Comments: Chickering built 1893. I have just
refinished
the case. Its rosewood with cherry wood panels. I have re-strung it and
the action is completely rebuilt, hammers, dampers, parts
reconditioned.
I have also installed a Pianodisc Piano C/D system in it. There was
enough room on the bottom also to install some Bose powered speakers
behind the bottom panels. Its an impressive piano.
