In family for over 30 years. My late aunt purchased the piano at an estate sale in the early 1970's from the original family of ownership, from their estate sale in Los Angeles.

Along with veneered in "Tiger Oak" construction no longer available today, this piano has incredible depth and tone like no other upright and is equal in tone to baby grand's taking up much less space.
