Restoration Cost, Value Estimate creating a website and Historical Research All In One. Simply fill out the email form and questionnaire below, attach your pictures to the email listed at the bottom of this page and our staff will send your estimate and Research within 24 to 48 hours. Please remember it is helpful if your pictures are as detailed as possible.

Our Restoration information Includes:  Extensive cabinet touch-up to improve the appearance of the cabinet and or actual total refinishing of the cabinet and bench. We use only the finest Lacquer available (Vista Nitro-cellulous which is Alcohol and Water resistant); Electroplating of the original Piano Hardware in Nickel or Brass. Some of our clients are now asking for (Brass Forever) which is Gold Plating and will not tarnish.

Replacement of all tuning pins, We jump usually 2 pin sizes to insure better tuning stability. The strings both treble and bass portion are replaced using only top of the line Mapes Strike Gold Series (Swedish Steel) and all Bass are wound in Solid Copper. All under felt is made of 100% virgin wool Royal George of England and Germany Color is BLACK treated and Cedar scented. Action reconditioning that includes replacement of all hammers, dampers and or bridle straps; Action regulation and key leveling; thorough deep cleaning of the interior and back of the piano, including cleaning of all treble strings and providing the exposed soundboard at the back or bottom of the piano with a fresh coat of shellac for added protection.
